The Marketplace

AustinsList provides a free way for adults and businesses to post work, receive matching opportunities, exchange quotes, communicate, and review completed jobs. Project Owners and pros are responsible for their own decisions, work, agreements, and payments. AustinsList is not the pro, employer, payment processor, or a party to the work agreement.

Your Account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and use only an account you are authorized to control. You must be at least 18 to create an account. If you act for a company or another person, you must have permission to arrange the work and share the information you submit.

Work And Quotes

Describe work honestly and only offer services you can lawfully provide. A quote should explain its scope, pricing basis, exclusions, and availability. Selecting a pro in the site records that selection; discuss final terms, qualifications, permits, access, payment, and any written agreement directly before work starts. Marketplace access does not verify a pro's license, insurance, background, or skill, and does not guarantee availability or an outcome.

Respectful Use

Do not post illegal work, misleading claims, spam, threats, discriminatory requests, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Do not use photos or messages to expose private information unrelated to a job. Keep reviews based on your own completed-job experience. AustinsList may restrict accounts or remove content that interferes with the marketplace.

Content And Concerns

You retain responsibility for material you submit and allow AustinsList to store and display it as needed for the features you use. The homepage's labeled sample reviews are examples, not testimonials. Report a problem through support with a link and a clear description. Service availability can change, and software interruptions may occur.
